An important part of any recovery and healthy life is keeping moving. All too often we get complacent and forget just how important it is. Sometimes we just lack the inspiration or motivation.
I am offering to set up a schedule to walk, hike, yoga, go to the gym with you, or do whatever it is you need to do, to keep moving and motivated. I can provide you with inspiration, motivation and cheerleading.
(Due to my own health, I do have some exceptions and limitations to this but usually not many.)
