In order for you to get the most out of a Reiki, Massage, or Reflexology session it would be really helpful if you could designate a clean, quiet, room away from distractions, loved ones or pets.

 

I will provide a massage table, blanket, oils, crystals, music, sage, incense and more to create ambiance and work with the energies around and in us.

 

Animals are drawn to Reiki energy and it is not uncommon for them to interrupt a session, children too.

 

I mention that it will take from 20-60 mins, generally I just let the energy be the guide. I can, however, work with time restrictions. Some Reiki energy is better than no Reiki energy.
